West Barnstable Village Festival 2025

Be a Part of the West Barnstable Village Festival!

Village Festival is a beloved annual community tradition that stretches from the historic West Barnstable Train Station all the way to the Fire Department—bringing together neighbors, local businesses, and visitors for a fun-filled summer celebration.

At Whelden Memorial Library, we join in the festivities by hosting a vendor and craft fair on our lawn, offering a selection of local makers, artists, and small businesses. Inside the library, guests will also find family-friendly activities, restrooms, and a cool, welcoming space to take a break from the heat.

This year's Festival takes place on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Vendor spaces are $50 for a 10x10 spot in a high-traffic area. Sign up by April 30th to take advantage of our Early Bird rate of $40!
